Look out Blind Dave is about!!! The Great North run is this Sunday 20th September and i will be starting after the Elite Ladies what a position to be in just a pitty i can't enjoy the view but i am sure my running guide Keith Nye will take great pleasure in commentating.

Also a date for your diaries Friday the 25th of September i will be at the Public in West Bromwich celeberating the worlds biggest coffee morning supporting Mcmillan Cancer. Come along and treat me to a coffee !!! Will also be promoting the 5 x 30 Get Active Campaign so no cream cakes !!!!!!!! Maybe just a biscuit !!! or two or three.
